Role Description The Growth Lead will own and scale our customer acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, affiliate, and emerging digital channels to efficiently acquire new customers. This leader will define and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that directly supports company growth objectives and broader business goals. Success in this role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution, with the ability to translate insights into action at scale. The ideal candidate brings a creative and analytical mindset, with deep expertise in ad ideation, testing frameworks, and performance optimization. This role demands sharp forecasting and budget management capabilities, as well as the interpersonal skills needed to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling a fast growth DTC brand, preferably on a brand with high AOV.
  • Hands-on expertise across paid marketing mix, in particular Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), SEM (Google Ads); experience across Affiliates, CTV/YouTube, Direct Mail also a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with direct experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Data driven approach and high proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Polar).
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of performance driven creative, with experience partnering closely with creative teams to develop and execute best in class ad concepts.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and goal setting, with experience owning or contributing to P&L accountability.
  • Proactive and thrives in fast-paced, lean environments, with a hands-on approach to driving work forward and delivering results.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator that is able to translate data into clear strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and align teams around shared goals.
  • West Coast–based (PST) highly preferable to ensure alignment and responsiveness with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, affiliate, and emerging digital channels, as well as select offline acquisition levers, to drive efficient and scalable customer growth.
  • Evolve our marketing attribution and measurement frameworks, including multi-touch, first-touch, and last-touch models, to improve decision making, investment allocation, and incrementality assessment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution for promotions, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and landing page optimization to support customer acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Design and operate a rigorous experimentation and testing roadmap across channels and creatives, to identify incremental growth opportunities and rapidly scale performance.
  • Partner closely with our in-house creative team to drive an efficient creative pipeline, establish best-in-class creative testing methodologies, and continuously diversify creative assets to expand reach and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Insights to translate complex performance data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, Creative & Brand, Ecommerce, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless customer journeys, and optimal performance across all acquisition touchpoints.
  • Contribute in our forecasting & budgeting process to ensure disciplined investment management, help set clear performance expectations, and be proactive when course correction is needed.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance against KPIs, and driving continuous optimization and innovation through strong partnership management.
