Let’s move fearlessly forward together. Adswerve is looking for a Head of Performance Media to lead our Paid Search, Programmatic & CTV, Ad Operations, and Social & Retail Media verticals. This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of our performance media services, ensuring our clients achieve their business goals while maintaining profitability. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned digital media leader to drive the future of our global performance media practice. You will be instrumental in developing our go-to-market strategy for a rapidly changing landscape and leading a talented, globally distributed team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a digital marketing agency or in-house team, with a strong focus on performance media.
  • Deep expertise in two or more of the following areas: Paid Search (Google Ads), Programmatic Media, CTV, Social Media, and/or Ad Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse, globally distributed team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and the ability to develop and execute complex go-to-market strategies.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to define key metrics, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the targeting and media strategy for a portfolio of marketer and advertiser accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Maintain margin goals and ensure the performance media practice is aligned with billable targets and overall business outcomes.
  • Lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, adapting to a rapidly changing digital media landscape.
  • Partner with our Sales, Marketing, and larger Services teams to define and achieve strategic goals for the business.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance media professionals across various specializations (Paid Search, Programmatic, CTV, Social & Retail Media, and Ad Ops).
  • Drive scalable execution, delivering actionable insights and dashboards on sales and practice performance at all levels of the organization.
  • Contribute to global thought leadership on business health, performance metrics, and the development of scaled insights and tooling.
