We’re looking for our first Head of People - A builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and cares deeply about creating a workplace where high-performing people can do the best work of their careers. As the company doubles in size, this person will architect and own every dimension of the People function: compensation frameworks, performance systems, manager enablement, talent development, employee relations, HR operations, and culture. You’ll have the opportunity, and the autonomy to design a modern, scalable People organization from the ground up, partnering directly with founders and department heads to shape how our company grows.
