About The Position
SprintRay is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources leader to head our People Services function across the Americas and India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building and leading high-performing HR teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering across departments to enable business success. As Head of People Services, you will lead a bi-continental HR team and be responsible for delivering scalable, people-centered solutions that support our company’s growth, culture, and compliance needs for the Americas and India. Your work will span operations, employee engagement, organizational design, compensation, and more—ensuring alignment between our people strategies and business goals. This is a high-impact role that demands agility, execution, and a deep commitment to shaping a thriving employee experience. Reporting to the President, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders in Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver seamless people operations and drive continuous improvement in how we hire, develop, and retain talent.
