Your mission is to partner with the Founder and senior leaders to build an A-Player team and high-performance culture to deliver our $100M+ growth strategy. It will require an owner’s mindset - this is not traditional HR. This role is about building the 'People Engine' to deliver our $100m growth strategy. You will report to the COO with a dotted line to the Founder. Your initial team will include a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Recruitment Administrator, with support from our Office Manager. Our group is currently 110 people total and growing at 20-30 per year.
