Fora is seeking a Head of Partner Success to serve as the architect of our partner experience and the commercial engine behind our highest value relationships. This leader will bridge the gap between high level partner opportunity statements and measurable, multi channel growth outcomes. You will transform complex partner challenges into clear, revenue generating roadmaps that scale lifetime value and strengthen long term retention. Reporting to the Director of Travel Partners, you will lead a cross functional pod spanning Integrated Marketing and Account Management. You will act as the strategic hub that connects marketing to growth, ensuring seamless handoffs and sustained commercial momentum. This role is designed to remove management bottlenecks, elevate strategic rigor, and build the systems required to scale a high performing partner program. Your impact will be direct and measurable. By driving structured growth frameworks and operational excellence, you will enable stronger P&L performance while freeing senior leadership to focus on global portfolio strategy.
