The Head of Participant Sales & Advice Analytics will lead a high performing analytics team supporting the Participant Education & Sales and Advice Operations analytics functions. They will be technical and strategic, work in close partnership with sales and product leaders to design and measure cross-channel activation strategies, and support data-informed decisions for the organization. They are responsible to deliver actionable insights, advanced analytics, and strategic recommendations that drive growth and efficiencies for the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in sales analytics within a consumer financial services context, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to influence business strategy and execution. They thrive in emerging spaces, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
