About The Position

The Head of Participant Marketing Analytics will lead a high performing analytics team supporting the participant marketing analytics strategy and execution function. This role will be technical and strategic, work in close partnership with marketing and product leaders, and support data-informed decisions for the organization. They are responsible to deliver actionable insights, advanced analytics, and strategic recommendations that drive growth and efficiencies for the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in consumer marketing within a financial services context, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to influence business strategy and execution. They thrive in emerging spaces, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Analytics with progressive leadership
  • Experience leading teams in Marketing Analytics
  • Expert level executive level stakeholder management and presentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead Analytics Strategy: Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives. Define and execute the vision for marketing analytics, aligning with business goals and marketing priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set performance goals and manage the team in alignment with HR policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders, influence and inform strategy and planning decision making.
  • Campaign Measurement & Optimization: Oversee the development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.
  • Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI. Collaborate with COE teams to enhance predictive capabilities and automation.
  • Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure, and accessible data pipelines and tools.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and technologies, and champion their adoption where appropriate.
