We are looking for our next Director of Operations for the Warfighter Systems business line (BL). In this role, you will be responsible for all internal operations of this BL and report to the Head of Operations, while partnering directly with the General Manager of Warfighter Systems. Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact strategic projects. This role requires you to be a trusted partner to each part of the business (product delivery, engineering, production, and corporate), and to work with and support the General Manager to drive toward business success.
