Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Oil, Gas, and Mineral Management. In this role, you will provide national leadership and oversight of the oil, gas, and mineral management business to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will manage a portfolio of oil, gas and mineral assets in accordance with the governing instruments, fiduciary laws, bank policies and procedures. Additionally, you will manage staff levels including selection and development of staff and asset loads, collaborate with the Head of Specialty Asset Management to shape strategy and vision for the business, and engage with wealth management leadership in the design and implementation of strategic business plans. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities to enhance clients' wealth management relationships, interpreting and developing risk management strategies, and serving as a resource to wealth management and trust partners.
