We are seeking a results-driven Head of Mid-Market Sales to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on the mid-market segment. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with a strong understanding of the sales process, deal execution, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment. You will be responsible for driving new revenue, optimizing sales processes, and developing talent, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver measurable value to your prospects and customers. This role will require a minimum of 4 days in office and reports directly into our Head of Sales.
