About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing and sales management experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • 5+ years of personnel management experience required.
  • Experience in capital equipment within medical/surgical settings is essential.
  • Strong direct and distributor sales experience mandatory.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills critical for success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient analytical skills with experience in financial analysis tools.
  • Ability to work across functions and understand multicultural business environments.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Direct U.S. marketing organization to achieve annual sales and profit plans.
  • Assist in the development of market plans and execute local implementations.
  • Develop successful relationships with business leadership and product development teams.
  • Contribute to new product development and market launch strategies.
  • Plan, organize, and develop marketing personnel.
  • Manage the annual budget and compensation plans for the department.
  • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and major trade show promotions.
  • Support sales teams in managing distributor networks and local strategic alliances.
  • Identify and capitalize on fresh revenue opportunities in distribution channels.
