This role is ideal for a brand and commercial, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the US consumer landscape. The Head of Marketing & Comms will lead GANNI's brand presence, marketing initiatives, and communication across the US.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness & equity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the US.
  • Partner with local agency and Global Communications Director to create localized communications and talent strategy.
  • Develop relationships with key media and KOLs.
  • Oversee digital campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Seek approval in a timely manner from key stakeholders.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team.
  • 8+ years in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Deep understanding of the US market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, including paid media, social media, CRM, and e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while working cross-functionally with global counterparts.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • An entrepreneurial and motivated self-starter who can balance both creative and commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
