About The Position

What you can expect Zoom is making a pivotal hire in Customer Success .This is a global role and one of the most impactful leadership opportunities in our organization. You'll own the strategy, vision, and execution of Zoom's Learning Center—building it from the ground up to scale with our customers, partners, and ecosystem. About the Team Reporting to the Head of Scaled Success, you'll work at the intersection of product, customer success, enablement, and platform—shaping how the world learns Zoom. This is a foundational, legacy-defining opportunity. You'll build something that touches millions of users, shapes Zoom's customer experience, and becomes a critical driver of adoption and retention globally.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to build systems, processes, and teams to deliver at scale
  • Demonstrate customer obsession and deep care about learner experience, outcomes, and impact
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive working across Product, CS, Marketing, and Enablement teams
  • 10+ years of experience building or owning large-scale LMS or learning platforms
  • Have experience launching learning programs from the ground up in high-growth or enterprise environments

Responsibilities

  • Designing and launching Zoom's Learning Center strategy, infrastructure, and content ecosystem from the ground up
  • Defining the multi-year roadmap for learning experiences that serve end users, admins, partners, and developers globally
  • Establishing success metrics tied to adoption, product proficiency, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction, and leveraging data insights to continuously optimize learning journeys
  • Leveraging data insights to continuously optimize learning journeys, ensuring content and experiences drive measurable business outcomes
  • Building a learning platform that supports millions of users across languages, industries, and use cases
  • Partnering closely with Product and AI teams to integrate learning into Zoom's broader intelligent platform ecosystem through in-product guidance, AI-driven recommendations, and contextual learning experiences
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Partner teams, and Customer Success to align learning strategy with business priorities
  • Defining what content gets built, how it's delivered, and how learners engage across the customer lifecycle
