About The Position
As the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing cloud operations, IT services, FinOps, infrastructure maintenance and support, and patch management. In this role, you will ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. You will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives, with a strong emphasis on our journey to the cloud. By transitioning from traditional data centers to cloud-based solutions, you will help drive significant cost efficiencies, allowing us to allocate resources more effectively and reduce ongoing operational expenses. Your leadership will be crucial in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments to optimize cloud services and enhance infrastructure performance. You will develop and implement strategies that not only enhance the management of IT infrastructure but also focus on maximizing cost savings and operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will define objectives, scope, and deliverables for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities. In addition to monitoring performance metrics and managing resources, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that cloud services and infrastructure support are executed smoothly and effectively. You will also play a key role in patch management and maintenance, ensuring that systems are secure and up-to-date. Mentoring and empowering your team will be essential, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT infrastructure group. Staying informed on industry trends and best practices, you will evaluate and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance our IT infrastructure capabilities and drive strategic growth.
