About The Position
Shake Shack is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Investor Relations to join our finance team. This role will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The Head of Investor Relations will work closely with the CFO and CEO as well as other senior leaders to communicate Shake Shack's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects to the investment community. As part of our team, you'll be contributing to a brand that values our people, quality, hospitality, and community. Shake Shack is one of the fastest growing publicly traded Restaurant companies that is on pace to quadruple its US company operated footprint to 1,500. We are seeking a vital partner that can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Shake Shack and its relationships with the investment community as we accelerate our growth.
