Role Overview We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations to l ead outbound sourcing of Limited Partners (LPs) in a fast-paced startup environment. Requirements
- Venture Capital Expertise : 4+ years of experience in investor relations, sales, or sourcing roles, preferably in venture capital or finance startups.
- Exceptional Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex venture capital concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- High-Energy Hustle : A proactive, resilient mindset with a hunger to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Tech Mastery : High proficiency in prompt engineering and latest AI tools for research, outreach, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
- AI First Leader: Leveraging prompt engineering and AI tools to conduct research and identify potential Limited Partners (LPs) for the Decile Group network.
- Focus on Sourcing: Performing outbound outreach to source and engage high-quality LPs, encouraging investments in top Decile Group funds.
- Own Conversion: Converting sourced leads into committed investors through targeted communication and relationship building.
- Build Strategic Relationships : Managing ongoing relationships with existing LPs to ensure satisfaction and facilitate additional investments.
- System Builder: Developing and optimizing AI first systems for efficient LP sourcing, tracking, and conversion processes.
- Ethical Principles: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive investor information with discretion.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership to shape product roadmap and market positioning.
- Exceed Ambitious Targets : Consistently surpass sales quotas and KPIs, driving revenue growth in a high-opportunity market with strong demand.
