Faropoint HC, LLC seeks a Head of Information Systems, IT & Project Management for our Hoboken, NJ office to Manage IT department, including internal IT Manager, IT vendors, and overall IT budget, as well as: lead IT and cyber enhancement projects; develop and enforce organizational IT, cyber security, and information security policies and procedures; drive firm’s cyber and information security processes, including risk management and mitigation across firm’s IT infrastructure; and manage firmwide equipment procurement process. Lead information systems implementation and ensure adequate IT support, including: assess current information systems landscape and identify gap areas and requirements; lead implementation and design of new firmwide information systems; conduct firmwide end-user training on all new information systems and create training and best practice materials; and serve as lead IT support across the firm for all employees post implementation. Manage organizational data reporting and business intelligence, including oversight of the firm’s BI tool, Microsoft Power BI, as well as: design and validate execution of data cleansing and data entry projects; and collaborate with third party data engineering provider on all BI needs. Organize and facilitate executive meetings related to IT projects and infrastructure, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and follow-ups, as well as internal executive meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and quarterly all-company meetings. Facilitate the firm’s organizational goals process, including the creation of documentation outlining the annual goals, action plans, timelines, and assigned responsibilities. Act as leading IT liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including internal teams, investors, and external partners. Work with the CEO and executive team to identify and prioritize special projects that ensure internal operational efficiency and optimization. Develop and review detailed project scopes, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs. Oversee the creation of comprehensive project plans that outline key tasks, milestones, deadlines, and roles/responsibilities. Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to standardize practices and ensure compliance. Regularly review and update procedures to reflect changes in business practices or regulatory requirements. Ensure coordination between different departments including Finance, Investment, and Asset Management to achieve operational objectives. Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity. This position allows for a hybrid schedule with four (4) days in office and one (1) day remote.
