The New York Times' Advertising team is looking for a Head of Industry for Culture and Entertainment who will oversee categories across the country within Entertainment, Fine Arts, and Live Entertainment space. This responsibility includes working strategically both externally with clients, agency partners, and internally with internal teams to maximize revenue by selling our advertising offerings. About the Role As the Head of Industry for Culture and Entertainment you are an experienced people manager who will manage the bandwidth and work product of your team of sellers, leading them to exceed sales goals. Through a consultative approach, you will pitch to clients our full New York Times portfolio, which includes The Athletic, NYT Cooking, Wirecutter, NYT News, Games, Audio, and more. As well as lead a team to establish new business within your vertical by being a subject matter expert on our portfolio's offerings. This is a hybrid role based in our New York headquarters. You can typically expect to be in the office 3 days per week.
