About The Position

The Head of Industry at TikTok is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth in the education, jobs, and auto advertising sectors. This position involves developing go-to-market strategies, prioritizing sales narratives, and leading a national sales team to exceed revenue targets. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and/or brand marketing
  • People management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the education, jobs, and auto industries: business models, market drivers, and growth strategies
  • Mastery in marketing, sales strategies, and sales enablement
  • Expertise in media channels preferred by advertisers in the education, jobs, and auto industries
  • Understanding of commonly used methods of ad budget allocation based on approaches to measurement and attribution.

  • Bring a consultative approach that will align around a customer first methodology
  • Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities
  • Develop and lead a national sales team of people managers and individual contributors
