Requirements

  • Served as unit or company leader of HR
  • Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Progressive career growth including the management of teams.

Nice To Haves

  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic plan for the HR team.
  • Manage benefits and communicate their value to recruit and retain talent.
  • Be an Ambassador of the culture, communicate it well, and evaluate our performance against it
  • Measure performance and productivity
  • Provide direction and oversight.
  • Install processes around recruiting, retention, training, performance management, total compensation, employment law, and team member relations.
  • Provide team member support.
  • Provide support and insights, give direction to managers on team member issues including discipline and development.
  • Understand employment laws, needs and impacts.
  • Keep accurate records.
  • Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan.
  • Data Analysis & Statistical Analysis done on current company needs in training and compensation.
  • Manage Wage and Salary scales to keep us competitive and able to “hire lifters”.
