Huhtamaki currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join our global HR Operations team as a Head of HR, Global and Segment functions. As Head of HR, Global & Segment functions you will lead our talented team of HR business partners and Talent acquisition professionals. Together with the team, this role supports people leaders on a tactical and relevant strategic level to achieve functional talent objectives. In addition, the successful candidate will act as Project manager for HR operating model development in the spirit of continuous improvement. Reporting to the VP HR Operations, you will be a key member of our global HR Operations Leadership Team, working closely across the HR organization and with stakeholders in businesses and functions. This role can be based from any of our European sites on a hybrid basis - these include - Espoo, Finland, or any of our sites in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, among others.
