We are seeking a hands-on Head of HR / People Operations to lead Bankjoy’s HR function as the company continues to grow globally. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will focus on building strong HR frameworks, improving manager effectiveness, and ensuring our people processes scale effectively across a distributed organization. The Head of HR will focus on performance management, employee relations, HR operations, leadership support, and retention strategy while helping build a strong and accountable culture across the company. You will also partner closely with department leaders to design clear retention and promotion frameworks across teams, ensuring high-performing employees are recognized, developed, and promoted appropriately as the company grows. The ideal candidate is someone who can both design HR systems and execute them, and who is comfortable supporting leaders in a fast-paced startup environment.
