As the Head of the Hippocratic AI Academy, you will lead the design, development, and execution of our training and enablement program - equipping client organisations and our internal team with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement and operate AI voice agents safely and effectively. You will build and scale a learning & knowledge-management function that supports both external partners and internal team members (onboarding and ongoing education as features and functionality are rolled out). You will act as the senior leader accountable for how our customers and internal stakeholders adopt, apply and iterate on our platform in a safe, effective way. This role will report directly to our Chief Customer Officer and play a critical part in shaping the overall customer experience strategy as we scale.
