Adyen is looking for an experienced, strategic Head of GTM Operations with a proven track record in Revenue Operations. This role will be based in either our San Francisco or Amsterdam office and report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. As the Head of GTM Operations, you will be responsible for scaling our GTM execution and operations. In this role you will focus on defining and optimizing the ways of working with the Commercial (Marketing, SDR, Sales, Partnerships, Account Managers) and Customer Operations (e.g. Support, Merchant Operations and Professional Services) teams. Your focus will be on ensuring our commercial process from lead generation to customer satisfaction is user-centric and best in class, realizing adoption and driving teams to reach our commercial goals. We are looking for a leader who can strike a balance and find the intersection between the business needs and user needs. You will be managing global teams, and partnering closely with the Revenue Technology and the Revenue Analytics teams to translate insights into actions.
