About The Position

We’re looking for a Head of GTM Ops & Engineering to design and scale the systems behind Lovable’s growth engine. You’ll build the data, tools, and processes that power sales, marketing, and customer success — and turn GTM into a repeatable, AI-driven machine.

Requirements

• Experience leading GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering in a fast-scaling SaaS or AI startup
• Strong command of sales systems, data architecture, and GTM analytics
• Track record building automation, tooling, and processes that drive revenue efficiency
• Analytical thinker with deep fluency in SQL, dashboards, and forecasting models
• Builder mindset - you see GTM systems as products and engineer for scale, not patchwork
• Skilled cross-functional partner who aligns Sales, Marketing, and Product around shared metrics

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or custom GTM integrations

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Lovable’s GTM systems - from CRM design to reporting, automations, and integrations
• Build clean, actionable GTM data to enable precision forecasting and revenue visibility
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on territory design, capacity planning, and performance tracking
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to accelerate productivity, data integrity, and decision-making
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that make business health instantly visible
• Run annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning headcount, pipeline, and investment priorities
• Drive continuous improvement - automating work, reducing friction, and scaling what works
