In this role, the Head of GTM Onboarding and Readiness will architect the acquisition of critical skills for the entire Wiz GTM organization. This individual will serve as the "Lead Learning Architect," responsible for designing the foundational curriculum that defines the company's go-to-market strategy. The role focuses on the strategy and craft of execution, ensuring the value framework and sales playbook are seamlessly integrated into the journey of every new GTM hire. This position is the primary engine for foundational GTM content, creating the "Golden Source" materials that set the company standard. The Head of GTM Onboarding and Readiness will partner closely with the GTM Onboarding Program Manager, who handles operational execution, logistics, and program management, allowing this role to focus on high-level curriculum design and elite facilitation.
