The Head of GTM Engineering (Digital Success) is Apollo’s first architect of a scaled, AI-native digital success motion. This leader takes ownership of customer outcomes post-onboarding—where activation is scored, but expansion, pipeline generation, and digital orchestration remain untapped. This role is part strategist, part system-builder, and part revenue architect. They will design the Digital Success Engine for Apollo: orchestrating agentic adoption loops, outbound virality, contextual upsells, and cross-functional programs that convert onboarding momentum into sustained revenue impact. Core mandate: make Apollo customers successful by making them generate more pipeline, more meetings, and more sales—faster—via digital-first interventions.

  • Design Apollo’s Digital Success Engine: architect repeatable workflows that move users from post-onboarding → adoption → expansion → advocacy.
  • Engineer Viral Outbound Product Loops: create product-led or Agentic interventions (playbooks, templates, cadences) delivered digitally, that mimic Slack/Canva virality but tuned for outbound.
  • Build Expansion Signals: design the taxonomy of usage-to-expansion triggers and run in-product upsell nudges that are pipeline-aligned.
  • Cross-Functional Conductor: align Product, CS, Growth, and Analytics teams around shared metrics (NRR, pipeline, adoption).
  • Digital vs. Human-in-Loop Balance: define clear frameworks for when automation drives success and when high-touch human support steps in.
  • Data-Backed & AI-First: leverage analytics, telemetry, and Apollo’s AI agent layer to drive all programs.
