About The Position
Shift4 (NYSE: FOUR) is boldly redefining commerce by simplifying complex payments ecosystems across the world. As the leader in commerce-enabling technology, Shift4 powers billions of transactions annually for hundreds of thousands of businesses in virtually every industry. We are seeking a hands-on leader to build and oversee Shift4’s global compensation and benefits function. This person will be responsible for global benefits, job architecture, global pay structures, executive compensation, and equity programs, while also playing a critical role in M&A integration. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, and experienced in managing and leading global teams.
