About The Position
We are looking for the Head of Global Seeds Sourcing to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Research Triangle Park, NC. BASF's Agricultural Solutions division connects innovation, customers, partners and agricultural experts and integrates sustainability criteria into all business decisions. We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental, and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture. As the Head of Global Seeds Sourcing, you will work closely with key stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure compliance with policies and standards while safeguarding business interests in procurement decisions and the negotiation of supply contracts. In addition to collaborating with various internal stakeholders from Seed Supply, Supply Chain, Legal, EHS, Quality, Regulatory, Stewardship, and Procurement, you will engage with suppliers, multipliers, and growers.
