The person in this role will report to the VP, General Counsel of Novelis Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving a comprehensive enterprise-wide security risk management strategy, emergency preparedness, employee and asset protection, and other appropriate security programs and platforms across global operations. This role is accountable for all aspects of security risk management with respect to the sustainability of the enterprise, including financial, operational, and strategic risks. This is a highly visible role requiring honesty, integrity and, at times, around-the-clock responsiveness.
