We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and tech-forward Head of Global Product and Customer Marketing to join our marketing leadership team. This key leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product and customer marketing strategy that aligns with Earnix's vision of expanding into new insurance lines of business and segments on a global basis Additionally, this role will focus on building and evolving the existing product and customer marketing function to support our transformation into a multi-national, multi-product customer-focused organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, particularly in Insurtech and Banking, and will have a proven track record of building and leading successful product and customer marketing initiatives in a B2B environment.

  • Own global product marketing strategy across Earnix's portfolio, aligning with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that reflects Earnix's category leadership and value proposition across various customer segments and lines of business.
  • Lead competitive intelligence, market segmentation, and buyer persona development in close partnership with product management.
  • Drive product launches and go-to-market execution, including enablement, content, and campaign strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and white papers that effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Product and Customer Marketing team of 5 (and growing) currently spanning multiple regions, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Build and scale customer marketing programs that deepen engagement, drive advocacy, and support expansion.
  • Working closely with Customer Success, establish and maintain relationships with key customers to gather feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories that showcase Earnix's impact.
  • Drive customer engagement strategies that enhance the customer journey and promote product adoption and retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, drive usage and retention.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a unified and orchestrated approach in delivering customer value.
  • Work closely with Growth, Brand, Communications and other Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive an integrated approach to execution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team and across the organization.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product and customer marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Use data to refine messaging, improve campaign performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, in product and customer marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven success in high-growth environments, ideally in Insurtech, Fintech, or enterprise SaaS with a focus on customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling a global marketing team, with experience developing talent and building high-performing, collaborative cultures.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful product marketing teams and initiatives in multi-product, multi-national B2B organization.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives across multi-product, multi-national organizations.
  • Experience with building and operationalizing a global product marketing function; creating improved processes, role clarity and execution agility with key partners including product management, sales and customer success.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
