We are currently looking for Head of Globallink Platform Support North America, MD to oversee the Globallink platform support teams in the region. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily platform updates, monitoring of client inquiries and escalations, assisting with client onboarding and daily trading activities on the platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating technical support for integration and connectivity workflows. The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Markets (SSM).
