About The Position
The Head of Global Government Affairs is responsible for developing, overseeing, and coordinating execution of enterprise government affairs strategies, including trade association activities, policy development, and direct advocacy engagement and lobbying activities. The Head of Global Government Affairs reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Legal & Public Affairs, and serves as part of the leadership team for this integrated department consisting of approximately 70 employees. The role requires a deep understanding of CPChem business and manufacturing processes and strategies, together with substantive expertise in government relations programs, tactics and compliance requirements.
