Asana is seeking a Head of Global Events to own the strategy, execution, and evolution of our global events portfolio. This leader will set the vision for how events drive brand awareness, pipeline, and user adoption while building the operational muscle to deliver complex, high-ROI programs at scale. This role owns end-to-end strategy and delivery across Asana’s experiences portfolio—including Work Innovation Summits, executive experiences, third-party tradeshows, partner events, sales kickoffs, and user/community events—ensuring each program ladders to clear business outcomes and a cohesive Asana narrative. You’ll lead a high-performing global team, partner closely with a complex ecosystem of internal teams and external agencies, and act as the single-threaded owner for Strategic events, one of most visible and revenue-impacting engines. The right candidate does their best work under pressure, navigates complex environments with ease, demonstrates scrappiness, can adapt on a dime and has a penchant for building programs from the ground up – all while knowing how to creatively and resourcefully bring experiential magic to everything they touch. This role is based in our SF or New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
