Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Preferred) with minimum 10 years experience (at least 7 of those years in direct customer facing sales in an industrial market, with product knowledge and leadership.)
• Must have experience in Industrial Motors and/or Drives, Global business financial acumen and Data Center Infrastructure Support.

Responsibilities

• Owner of the long-term commercial and customer strategies to achieve success of ABB Motion Business Area strategy for the Data Center global segment.
• Lead the understanding and strategy development to address the rapidly changing technologies for cooling and back-up power.
• Leads the executive level relationships with hyperscale and enterprise and data center industry.
• Develop and lead a team of key account managers and reinforce global sales efficiency and performance.
• Ensure the Motion Business area substantially grows sales, market share and customer satisfaction in the data center market.
• Develop and implement a market-based strategy including direct, third party and project sales for Data Center segment.
• Build relationships with key internal and external influencers/key customers and leverage ABB strengths to capture new business opportunities.
• Drive and enhance cross-division, cross-product groups, and cross-region business-led collaboration for the specific market segment.
