About The Position
The Head of FXConnect and Trade Nexus holds responsibility for revenue growth, governance, and oversight of FX Connect and Trade Nexus products and its employees. FX Connect was the first multi-bank platform to market and has become an essential trading and workflow solution currently used around the world by more than 500 Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. TradeNeXus is an electronic post-trade processing service that provides matching, confirmation, settlement, and clearing services for foreign exchange and money market transactions. As a senior leader of these two offerings, the successful incumbent will report to the Head of FX and TCA Platforms, helping to drive the overall strategy of GlobalLink for end-to-end FX offerings across trading, matching, settlement, and analytics. The successful candidate must possess advanced leadership and management skills, including comprehensive knowledge of the institutional foreign exchange (FX) markets and a deep understanding of trading technology systems and infrastructure. They should be a creative, outcome-driven influencer with the ability to lead a global team of product and account management leads in line with business strategy and financial objectives. A demonstrated track record of developing innovative, technology-led client solutions in financial markets is essential, as is the ability to continuously educate the assigned team on product differentiators, product development efforts, and relevant industry trends, leading to engaging and informative interactions with clients and prospects. An active presence at industry conferences and State Street-led symposiums with a focus on promoting thought leadership is expected. The candidate must have experience developing and executing on a strategic business plan and be able to articulate and differentiate GlobalLink's value proposition amidst a fiercely competitive industry. Due to the role requirements, this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flexible work opportunities available.
