About The Position

Step into a high-impact leadership role! As the Head of Freight Rail Products and Software, you’ll drive the strategic vision, development, and continuous innovation of Siemens Mobility’s Freight Rail Signaling Products and Software across North America. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Advanced degree in Manufacturing (M.S. or Ph.D.) is a plus.
• 15+ years of proven success in rail-related business, including leadership of multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strong financial acumen and critical thinking.
• Ability to interpret complex technical and industry data.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills—even under pressure!
