Our Risk team sits at the core of decision-making at AtoB ensuring that our business is profitable while minimizing the impact bad actors have on our platform. You will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies to help our business be successful by owning end-to-end work streams such as fraud or loss mitigation. In this role, you’ll have daily exposure to most of the company on a daily basis, working with different departments such as Engineering, Business Operations, Support, and Sales. Additionally, you will be the first hire in our India Risk team and serve as the team leader and will work remotely to start but transition to in-office when your team is hired. This is an exciting opportunity to build out a team from scratch and you will have a player/coach role – delivering important work both as an individual contributor while also managing new team members as they are hired. This team will own key business verticals so you will be expected to guide the team from both a technical and a non-technical perspective as they set roadmaps and make strategic decisions.
