About The Position
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Finance to lead Neuralink's financial strategy and operations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance long-term capital planning with day-to-day execution, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and capital allocation. You will collaborate closely with our executive leadership, engineering, construction, procurement, legal, clinical, and operations teams to align financial strategies with company objectives. Our ideal candidate operates with extreme urgency, anticipates and resolves financial challenges, leads fundraising and other financing activities, drives cost and operation efficiency, and communicates complex financial concepts and strategies to different departments with clarity.
