About The Position

We're looking for a world-class finance leader to be the financial backbone of a fast-scaling, globally ambitious company. As our Head of Finance, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — architecting the financial infrastructure that powers our growth across the US, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea while serving as a trusted thought partner to the executive team and board.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with proven experience managing multi-country operations (APAC experience strongly preferred) and scaling finance functions through hypergrowth
• Global financial operations expertise, including multi-entity consolidation, international tax structures, transfer pricing, FX management, and compliance across diverse regulatory environments (US GAAP, IFRS, local requirements)
• Strategic marketing finance partner with experience managing substantial marketing budgets ($10M+), building attribution models, optimizing CAC/LTV economics across channels, and translating marketing data into actionable financial insights
• Deep SaaS and hypergrowth fluency with expert-level financial modeling, FP&A, fundraising experience, and strong command of key metrics (ARR, Rule of 40, cohort analysis, unit economics) across different market maturities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leadership's trusted partner on all financial strategy decisions
• Build and own the financial model that becomes our company's north star — from revenue forecasting to unit economics to scenario planning
• Assist our fundraising process, including materials preparation, investor relations, and deal execution
• Drive board-level financial reporting and strategic presentations
• Design and implement scalable financial systems that work seamlessly across US, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea
• Establish multi-entity accounting structure with appropriate legal entities, banking relationships, and compliance frameworks
• Own consolidated accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting across all jurisdictions
• Navigate multi-currency operations, foreign exchange management, and cross-border cash flow optimization
• Build robust unit economics frameworks that account for regional variations in CAC, LTV, and go-to-market efficiency
• Manage relationships with international banking partners, auditors, and legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations in each market (US GAAP, local GAAP requirements, tax laws)
• Coordinate with local tax advisors on transfer pricing, VAT/GST, withholding taxes, and international tax optimization
• Establish internal controls that scale across distributed teams and time zones
• Manage audit processes across multiple countries and regulatory frameworks
• Navigate import/export regulations, data localization requirements, and other international considerations
• Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize pricing, packaging, and revenue recognition strategies
• Collaborate with People Ops on compensation philosophy, headcount planning, and equity management
• Partner with Marketing to optimize our significant growth marketing spend across global channels
• Work with Product and Engineering to ensure financial discipline while maintaining innovation velocity
• Enable data-driven decision-making across all departments through accessible financial insights
