About The Position
In this role, you will serve as an economic advisor, providing strategic decision support and budget management for Site Services and all General & Administrative (G&A) functions at Genentech. You will oversee financial planning for North American Benefits and offer economic insights to the CFO and CEO regarding financial and policy matters affecting Site Operations and G&A. Your responsibilities will include guiding key decisions on capital projects, leading financial strategy for the Genentech Site Capital Plan, and driving finance deliverables such as monthly/quarterly close, budget management, and capital investments. You will also foster a collaborative finance and G&A team environment, ensuring efficient processes for budget setting and variance analysis while continuously identifying improvement opportunities.
