About The Position

The VP, Sales & Marketing Finance will serve as a key business partner for global Sales and Marketing functions, driving performance and managing financial forecasts and budgets. This high-visibility role reports directly to the CFO and offers significant growth opportunities within a dynamic SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant corporate FP&A experience in a high growth organization.
• Experience in SaaS/software industry and Sales operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior executives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling experience.
• Proficient with key financial analysis metrics such as ARR, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis.
• Previous experience in Finance within a global environment.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced system skills in Intaact, Salesforce and Planful (f/k/a Host Analytics) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance business partner team for all regional/vertical Sales teams and global Marketing.
• Manage global topline and Sales & Marketing costs forecasts and budgets, including key metrics like ARR and subscription revenue.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to plan and execute growth initiatives.
• Support Sales teams on large/complex deals with guidance on pricing and commercial terms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, SVP Sales, CMO, and other stakeholders on orders, revenue, and Sales & Marketing investments.
• Orchestrate and align crucial GTM Sales & Marketing processes, collaborating with Revenue Operations and other key teams.
• Guide the team on executing legal entity controlling and governance responsibilities.
