About The Position
Enfield Council is looking for an exceptional leader to take the reins of our Facilities Management (FM) service and shape its future. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-performing, sustainable, and customer-focused services across our corporate estate. As Head of Facilities Management, you will lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of a fully integrated FM service using a co-ordinated delivery model. You will ensure excellence across all aspects of Hard and Soft FM, compliance, sustainability, procurement, and transformation, acting as the Council's lead for the Corporate Landlord function.
