About The Position
U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Facilitation to lead our facilitation team in supporting multiple business lines and support functions across the enterprise, through the expert delivery of Instructor Led Courses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large organizations, building robust strategies, and delivering measurable results. With a deep expertise in facilitation skills, this leader will collaborate closely with key areas of Global Learning & Development, including instructional design, consulting, and learning operations, while fostering a One HR approach through strong partnerships with HR colleagues.
