About The Position
Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) is currently seeking a Head of Extreme Weather and Climate for the US ZRS team. ZRS provides risk consulting services that help companies build resilience and adapt in a dynamic risk landscape. Our focus is on delivering innovative risk management and resilience solutions to our clients, with the mission to help businesses understand, mitigate, and manage risks, ensuring their long-term ambition and success. As the Head of Extreme Weather and Climate for Zurich Resilience Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our US strategy, go-to-market initiatives, business development, and new solutions to scale our climate resilience and adaptation business across various industries. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams in the US and internationally, and external stakeholders to provide expertise, drive innovation, and ensure that our climate-related initiatives are aligned with our overall business objectives. This role has Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in extreme weather and climate resilience, strong leadership and business development skills, the ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and experience in driving innovation and aligning initiatives with business objectives. P&L management experience is also essential.
