We are searching for the best talent for Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, Innovative Medicine, to be in New Brunswick, Raritan or Titusville in NJ, or Horsham or Spring House in PA. The Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, J&J Innovative Medicine, will be responsible for shaping and delivering talent acquisition for the global Innovative Medicine organization in the Executive space. This role will report directly into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, J&J Innovative Medicine and sit on the J&J Innovative Medicine Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for turning the business's people and capability strategies into an actionable talent acquisition plan while leading their team through execution and world class delivery.
