As the Enterprise Services Central Zone Head, you will be working across the Healthineers overall portfolio in close collaboration with the Head of AM Enterprise Services, Imaging, Diagnostics, Healthcare Technology Management, Point of Care, Varian, ECG and Customer Services Leadership. You will be responsible for: Develop Enterprise Services Central Zone growth strategy and partnerships by analyzing current state of the business, identify risks and opportunities, and develop go-to-market plan specific to the zone. Enable the growth of the Siemens Healthineers Enterprise Services Central Zone business through the identification of new growth opportunities, unique customer partnerships and development of business plans to support the ES P&L goals by leveraging understanding of the current healthcare environment and Siemens Healthineers portfolio of products and services. Continue to identify & lead strategic initiatives such as Value Partnership as well as enabling growth with the ES Central Zone Strategic Corporate Accounts (SCA). Define and oversee the business process for continuous funnel development, offer execution and direct sales support of the filed sales team. Collaborate with Sales in customer negotiation and contract finalization for all ES related opportunities. Build and manage a process for effective partnership and contract execution in conjunction with the local field teams, particularly Solutions Implementation and Customer Services. Responsible for the full P&L (revenue, cost & margin) with ownership for increasing revenue and margin; and optimizing cost structures and achieving productivity targets. Drive customer retention/renewals & growth of ES. Experience navigating and collaborating successfully in matrix organization Required ability to build successful and sustainable relationships across the different Healthineers internal stakeholders as well as customers. Demonstrated expertise and success in leading the development of a Healthcare C-Suite strategic partnership, incl. successful executive level presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. The base pay range for this position is: $240,000 - $330,000 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
