About The Position
As the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will oversee the enterprise architecture function, which includes governance, solution design, application rationalization, standards, and emerging technologies. Your role will ensure that architectural initiatives align with strategic objectives and are effectively implemented. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments, developing and implementing architectural strategies that enhance governance practices and improve operational efficiency. You will also monitor architectural performance, manage resources, and oversee governance operations, ensuring smooth execution of all EA initiatives. Mentoring your team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation will be essential, as will staying updated on industry trends and evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance architectural capabilities.
