The position involves leading the enterprise GenAI strategy and multi-year roadmap, focusing on sustainable methodologies and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include designing and prototyping AI solutions, overseeing the architecture and deployment of AI/ML solutions, and ensuring the integration of generative AI into business workflows. The role also encompasses governance, risk management, and cross-functional AI initiatives, requiring collaboration with various business groups and stakeholders.

  • Lead the enterprise GenAI strategy and multi-year roadmap.
  • Design, prototype, and ship AI agents/RAG/search, document automation, knowledge assistants, and workflow copilots tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Pressure-test external solutions for explainability, sustainability, and model-evolution roadmaps; recommend build vs. buy.
  • Partner with IT on platform choice and reference architectures.
  • Assist business owners with AI procurement—lead technical due diligence, security/compliance feasibility, and integration planning.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
  • Drive enterprise-grade integration of GenAI into business workflows.
  • Build scalable AI infrastructure and pipelines with CI/CD for ML models.
  • Implement monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and explainability frameworks.
  • Leverage cloud AI/ML platforms for enterprise deployments.
  • Partner with various departments to embed AI into core business systems and products.
  • Ensure availability of high-quality, governed data pipelines.
  • Chair the AI Governance Council; define decision rights, guardrails, and approval workflows.
  • Establish model/tool approval, DPIA/PIA, data classification/retention, export-control checks, and audit logging.
  • Work with Business Groups to plan cross-functional use cases.
  • Integrate AI with enterprise systems via REST APIs, events, ETL/ELT.
  • Run pilot → scale playbooks; publish templates and manage change.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success deploying GenAI in commercial or enterprise settings.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents/RAG with strong Python skills.
  • Deep enterprise integration experience with REST, webhooks, and eventing.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and navigate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset to define success metrics and measure outcomes.
  • Governance experience with policy frameworks and data residency.
  • Manufacturing/semiconductor background; familiarity with Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
  • Experience evaluating third-party AI solutions and negotiating vendor SOWs.
  • Change-management frameworks and ability to craft AI literacy programs.
  • Hybrid working conditions (three days a week in office).
